Some time-relevant fan fiction

"This is war. It must be done," said the priest, careful to remain in the shadows. London, after all, was a bustling town, especially in the evening times when the taverns grew rampant with weary sailors and tradesmen alike.

The hooded figure nodded silently in approval.

"I will be sending you out as a wolf among the sheep. Be as vigilant as a hawk and cunning as you have been here, and no one will find you out."

"They have one among us, Padre. There will be suspicion if I were to disappear."

"Cast aside your worries, my friend - we have that situation under control," said a war-torn sailor as he approached, speaking a bit louder than the priest would have preferred.

"Please lower voice, pirate. I dare not speak names on the chance we are found."

The priest quickly lowered the tone of the conversation and turned again to the hooded spy.

"Our pirate here has arranged a crafty means to see you out. When next our council convenes, his natural rivalry with you will be rekindled. A stage act, of course. He will create a scene chastising your recent 'actions'-"

"Actions? I have done nothing," interrupted the spy.

"Tut tut - I have accused you of nothing," said the priest, "as stated, it shall all be staged as if we were the players onstage. Only we three know exactly what has transpired, and those I trust will be informed of our plot afterward. But I will strike you from our numbers under their witness, as to allay any suspicions that this plan had ever taken place. You will appear ostracized and immediately dragged before their council as to your motives. Do not be anxious in your tone with them, but use the fire with which we forged your exit as the poison that will be injected into their ranks. The information you gather will prove priceless when our victory is complete. Now to your place, friend. Council shall come to order soon!"

And with the priest's parting words, the spy hastily hurried to the gathering. Before the pirate parted ways with the priest, there was a brief exchange.

"He may not come back, Father. There are good people there."

The priest gave pause. With a short sigh and a runaway grin, he replied, "... I know. But I am hated by them for my name's sake. Their actions have awakened something in me, though. Something that has lain dormant for a very long time."

Blast from the Past

Was rifling through some old pictures and came across these gems. Ehehehe. A tiny BOM fleet in it's infancy fighting the Thor's Guardians up in the Baltic Sea. Needless to say we died. That's Gio in the front, me in the back in that LaReale. Ahahaha.
(Both pictures taken April 24th, 2012.)

Fast-Forward to December 6th, 2012 I believe when a stronger, bigger, older and wiser BOM fleet mocked one of the strongest companies on the server. SeaLegion. We did much better against them. ;)

Enjoy!
